Join The Lyme Rally For Southern States
May 14, 2009!

NUMBERS COUNT

Lt. Governor Andre Bauer will be speaking on behalf of Lyme Disease patients. There will be additional speakers such as representatives from South Carolina and other neighboring states. This Lyme Disease rally will be held on Thursday May 14th between 10-11:30 am. in Columbia, South Carolina. This rally is not just for those in SC, but for patients, family members and friends of Lyme Disease victims from surrounding states to be included. Legislators will be in session and they have received personal invitations to this event.

Please join us for this historic event and make your presence known. Lyme Disease as you know, is a much bigger issue than is imagined by the general populous which barely knows what it is. We need to show this by our numbers. Your presence or those that you know of will be a huge boost to getting Lyme into the mainstream and recognized.

Perry Fields, US Track and Field athlete, will also be attending for those who would like to speak to her directly about her Lyme Disease treatment success.

About Perry Fields

Perry Fields, is an athlete and Lyme Disease Advocate. Perry's ordeal with Lyme Disease came with an innocent tick bite in 2003, that Perry "thought nothing of". After all, Perry didn't know much about tick borne illnesses and was in the midst of preparing for the 2004 Olympics. Running with Lyme successfully, in 2005 it all came to an end in the middle of the biggest race of the year, the US Track and Field Championships. Perry became terribly ill in the middle of the race in front of thousands of spectators and national television. The experience was "every athlete's worst nightmare."

Perry then went on a fast and furious journey to find "the cure" and to recover 100% from a disease that is deemed "incurable." Perry's journey took many whacky turns as the athlete wasn't going to take "no" for an answer. She pressed on finding help in the strangest places from doctors, researchers and ultimately experimenting on herself. Perry, once face to face with her own mortality and thoughts of suicide, now is fully recovered and has regained 100% of her health back. She now believes the disease is curable.
